Young professionals from across the region have enjoyed an evening of networking in the sun and learning about the fantastic developments happening along the Trent at the 2019 East Midlands Young Planners (EMYP) summer social.

The reception and river cruise, held on 11 July 2019, were attended by over 60 professionals working in the property, planning and development sector across the East Midlands. The event was sponsored by the planning team of Roythornes Solicitors alongside Ramm Sanderson Ecology

Shruti Trivedi, a partner in the planning team at Roythornes, said: “We had a fantastic evening chatting with so many planningprofessionals from across the East Midlands. Roythornes is proud to be associated with the East Midlands Young Planners who did a sterling job of organising the scenic cruise along the Trent.”

The EMYP aims to bring together planners with up to 10 years post graduate planning experience via thought provoking and relevant CPD events, social gatherings and networking opportunities across the region. Membership is a 50:50 split of members between the private and public sectors.
