We were established in 1967 by Alan Timmins, and are independent Insurance Brokers and Financial Advisers.
The original office in Paradise Street Birmingham was quickly outgrown and over the years we have moved from Birmingham to Halesowen and then, in 1993 to our own purpose-built office on the Waterfront Office Park in Brierley Hill.
We remain a family run business, now led by Mark, son of our founder.
We have been at the forefront of the continuing changes and development of the insurance industry over the years and in 2004 we became part of the Cobra Network of Insurance Brokers – a nationwide group of brokers. This has enabled us to maintain our independence with the benefit of the collective buying power of the network.
We believe in providing professional advice to meet your requirements and it has been demonstrated many times over the years that our advice has been the right advice for our clients. This is only known when a claim occurs and is evidenced by the case study and testimonials shown within the website.
We are always looking at making sure our clients’ insurance programs meet their ever-changing needs. No two people or companies are the same, so we do not make a round peg fit a square hole, and we make sure that the cover is what you need with the most suitable insurer. We know some brokers take a different view.
We are also continually looking into innovative developments and partnerships. Most recently this has seen us developing close links with the Black Country Chamber of Commerce for whom we are now the nominated insurance broker.

Proto Labs was founded in 1999 by Larry Lukis, a successful entrepreneur and computer geek who wanted to radically reduce the time it took to get injection-moulded plastic prototype parts. His solution was to automate the traditional manufacturing process by developing complex software that communicated with a network of mills and presses.
